AudienceMix's Ethics Principles

AudienceMix’s mission is to provide a win win win solution for customers, publishers, and advertisers.  We believe that publishers and creators are able to create meaningful content and present it free to their customers because of the support of advertising dollars from the brands they serve.  To make sure the experience is safe for we contractually mandate that all data suppliers in our platform adhere to all privacy and consent laws. 

 

  • We turn down any campaign that is deceptive, unlawful, or harmful.

  • We never provide consumer data—directly or through third-party contractors—to law-enforcement, intelligence, or military entities.

  • We refuse to distribute misinformation or any content that incites violence, hatred, or harassment.

  • We do not advertise to children and we won’t advertise age-restricted products (e.g., alcohol, state lotteries) to people below the legal age.

  • We avoid sending damaging messages to vulnerable populations.

  • We exclude all sensitive location data from our services - for instance, visits to reproductive-health facilities.

  • We follow all applicable state and federal regulations, plus platform rules, regarding privacy disclosures, opt-in consent, and opt-out options so individuals can make informed choices.
