Before we can share any mobile-location information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, AudienceMix must confirm the requester’s identity to ensure we do not disclose someone else’s data.
Please complete the required fields and click “Submit.” Provide only the requested details—do not include your name, phone number, or any other personal information.
Why does AudienceMix need extra details before releasing my data?
To make sure we don’t accidentally disclose someone else’s information, AudienceMix must confirm your identity. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations, we have to reach:

A “reasonable” level of certainty for requests about categories of personal information (we must match at least two data points you supply), or
-
A “reasonably high” level of certainty for requests about specific pieces of personal information (we must match at least three data points you supply).
These data points are compared with information we already hold and have deemed reliable for verification.
What if I don’t want to provide more information?
You can direct AudienceMix to stop using or selling data linked to your device at any time by submitting your mobile advertising ID through our Opt-Out form.
How do I find my mobile advertising ID (MAID)?
iOS

Install the “The Identifiers” app from the App Store.

Open the app to view your IDFA (iOS advertising ID).
Android

Install the “Device Identifiers” app from Google Play.

Open the app to view your advertising ID (sometimes called the UDID).
Alternatively, go to Settings › Ads and your Android Advertising ID appears at the bottom of the screen.
How do I find my IP address?
Open your mobile browser, type “what is my IP address?” into any search engine, and your public IP will be displayed.
What if AudienceMix can’t locate my MAID?
If we don’t find your mobile advertising ID in our database, we have no information tied to your device.
What if AudienceMix finds my MAID but can’t verify my identity?
We can remove your device—and any associated data—from our services at your request. However, without successful verification we cannot fulfill a Right to Know request for specific data.
